1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or processed.
Once the order has been shipped/dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Customized, altered, or personalized clothing items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed and processing has started.

To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with their Order ID and registered contact details.

In such cases, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.
