  • Orders are generally processed within 0–7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Processing time may vary during high order volumes, public holidays, sales periods, or due to unforeseen operational delays.
  • In case of significant delays, customers will be informed through email or phone.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Charge: ₹150 across India
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders worth ₹5,000 or above

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

3. Shipment Tracking

  • Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a shipment tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Tracking details can be used to monitor delivery status in real time through the courier partner’s website.

4. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across eligible locations within India.

Please note:

  • Orders can only be delivered to valid residential or workplace addresses.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to public places such as streets, parks, restaurants, hotels, hostels, or open locations.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier partner may attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • If delivery remains unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse or processing facility

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier partner availability
  • Weather conditions or transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions or public holidays

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are subject to courier partner operations.

6. Important Notes

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries.
  • Saishaa Web Traders shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers may be contacted for address verification if required.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping & Handling Policy at any time without prior notice.
